Primary sources. When a lab ships something, we read the announcement from the lab itself.
Tier B: major tech press
Established publications with dedicated AI coverage.
Tier C: broader tech
General tech press that covers AI alongside other topics.
Tier D: research
Academic preprints and paper repositories.
Tier E: community
Forums and aggregators. Higher noise, but useful for spotting what practitioners are actually talking about.
